The Florida Association of Healthy Start Coalitions, which administers Florida MIECHV, was awarded a five year federal Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) Impact grant to strengthen coordination of developmental screening by home visiting and early learning programs in Miami and Jacksonville.
